Terms of use.
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of notapourdecision.com. The site is operated by Ben Puzzuoli, a sole proprietor in Ontario, Canada, operating as Not a Pour Decision (“NAPD,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, read, watch, and get in touch. In return, you agree not to misuse the site: no trying to break it, no scraping it at scale, no hammering it to disrupt service, no using it to do anything illegal, and no passing off our content as your own.
Our content
The writing, video, images, branding, and layout here belong to NAPD or are used with permission. You can view it and share links to it. You can't copy it, republish it, or use it commercially without our okay.
Embedded and linked content
The site includes posts and videos hosted by other platforms, such as Instagram and YouTube, and links out to third-party sites like the LCBO. We don't control those and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data. What you do on them is between you and them.
Business inquiries and rates
Rate and service information on the site is for general guidance. It isn't a binding offer. Any actual work is set out in a separate agreement we'd both sign. Nothing on the site, on its own, creates a contract for services.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limiting liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NAPD isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that come out of your use of the site.
Your responsibility
If your use of the site leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute belongs to the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
