Brand Safety / TrustFor cautious brandsUpdated / Jun 2026
§ 01 / Who you're working with

A creator you're safe with.

Ben is a real person in his community, not an anonymous account. He works under his own name, keeps a clean track record, and is straightforward to deal with. A brand can put him in front of its customers without worrying about what he will say or do.

That matters more than it used to. In Integral Ad Science's 2026 Industry Pulse Report, 87% of media experts called the brand safety and suitability of the creator essential.

Integral Ad Science 2026 Industry Pulse Report, in partnership with YouGov, survey of nearly 300 US media experts, December 2025.

§ 02 / Disclosure

Disclosed, clearly, every time.

Every paid post is labeled as a partnership under the applicable platform and advertising rules. No buried tags, no ambiguity a regulator could question. Clean disclosure protects the brand and keeps the audience trusting the recommendation, which is the entire point.

§ 03 / Approval

You see it before it goes live.

The concept and the final asset go to the brand for review at the points agreed in the package. Nothing publishes without sign-off. Each package includes its revision rounds in writing, and additional rounds are quoted up front, so there are no surprises on either side.

§ 04 / Rights

Clear on what you own, and who you lock out.

Usage rights are defined by package and term. Organic, paid, raw footage, and extended licensing are spelled out, not assumed. Category exclusivity is available for a defined window, so a competitor cannot show up in the same feed the week after you do. Whitelisting and creator licensing are available as add-ons.

§ 05 / Boundaries

What Ben will not do.

Ben will not force a product into content where it does not belong, because an audience can tell, and a forced placement costs the brand the trust it paid for. If a brief does not fit, he says so and proposes an angle that does. The content has to work as content first, or it does not work as an ad at all.
