I'm all about spreading joy by laughing at crappy situations and this one could be on the worst ones.... Breaking a mortgage, lease, rental agreement due to a break up or divorce.
Not only are these things costly, stressful and just plain AWFUL, they can also be expensive. REALLY expensive depending on the severity of the situation and the person you're dealing with.
So when choosing a partner, choose wisely... because people can only be their true selves for so long.
So learn and laugh at me instead because I've already made enough mistakes for us all!
